Seventeen years at Cuatrecasas

For 17 years I worked in Cuatrecasas’ employment practice in Barcelona, on employment matters of varying complexity. Those years gave me method, technical rigour and a broad view of how organisations and workplace disputes really work.

An independent practice, without intermediaries

I am now starting an independent practice to advise businesses and employees with the same rigour and a direct relationship from the first contact. Personal attention means the analysis and the conversation happen with me.

First we understand what happened; then we organise the questions, the documents and the possible next steps. My advice is clear about what is known, what is missing and which uncertainties remain.
